Our Story

A Collaboration Built on Precision & Passion

In 2021, Morgan Wojcik of ClearWave Solutions began working alongside Austin Schneider of Shnoody Wap Shop as a hands-on technician. During that period, Morgan served as the Windows Insider President for Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana until the program sunset, then moved into a Debug Specialist role with Microsoft’s Development Team in Chicago—bringing enterprise-grade troubleshooting discipline into everyday repair work and helping elevate Shnoody Wap Shop’s tooling, processes, and documentation.

Today, the two shops collaborate closely while each contributes distinct strengths. ClearWave Solutions leads diagnostics, performance tuning, and component-level repair—powered by authorized access to Microsoft’s MSDT LIVE toolkit, a specialized suite valued at $75,000+. Morgan is among a very small group across WI/IL/IN with this capability, and the only one authorized to deploy it in customer-facing service. That edge lets ClearWave trace hard problems to root cause, stabilize systems, and validate performance with the same rigor used in enterprise environments.

Shnoody Wap Shop contributes deep expertise in custom water-cooling design and component-level restoration—GPU rebuilds, repaste/re-pad work, precision block installs, and hardline loop design—backed by a large in-house inventory of fittings, blocks, radiators, pumps, tubing, and coolants. With parts on hand, projects can often start sooner and stay on track without waiting on hard-to-find components.

The custom loop you see on the right reflects the standard we work to: measured bends, properly prepped surfaces, fittings torqued to spec, and thermals validated under real workloads. From first call to final hand-off, the process is deliberate and transparent: a three-way consultation to define goals (thermals, acoustics, aesthetics, budget), a detailed parts plan pulled from stocked inventory, careful teardown and surface prep, block and loop assembly with proper torque and alignment, overnight leak testing, firmware/driver updates, and stress testing to confirm stability and performance gains. We finish with clear documentation—including temps before/after and maintenance guidance—so you know exactly how your system was built and how to keep it performing at its best.
